General Guest Information:

• We are a smoke-free properties, both the Inn and the Cottage. The use of tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, pipes) is not permitted in any guest area including the porches and decks. Ignoring this policy will result in a $200.00 cleaning charge.
• Bottled water, soft drinks and packaged snacks are available free of charge.
• A full breakfast is provided for our Anchor Inn guests but not for our Cottages on Lake Bluff (Windjammer and Skipjack) guests. Our usual breakfast time at Anchor Inn is between 8:30-9:00 each morning but may be served earlier with prior arrangements.
• Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.  Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to be arriving outside this window.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Rates do not include taxes. Our tax rate is 5.975%.
• We love young children, but Anchor Inn is not set up to accommodate them, however Cottage on Lake Bluff is.
• Sorry, no pets, either at Anchor Inn or at Cottage on Lake Bluff.
• Swimming in the lake, at your own risk,  is permitted.

Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds Policies:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit cards, checks and cash.
• A valid credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due at check-in.
• In the event you need to cancel, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the day of arrival in order to guarantee a full refund.  Cancellations less than 7 days may be charged unless we’re able to rebook.  We will do our best to rebook and if your room is re-booked you will be fully refunded.  We will also do our best to work with you in case of weather or other emergencies.

• Sundays – Thursdays: $164 first night; $154 additional nights ($10/night discount)
• Fridays & Saturdays: $174 first night; $164 additional nights ($10/night discount)
• Full breakfast, soft drinks, and snacks included
• The Mediterranean Lighthouse Room has a two night minimum stay.
